About Chengeto Holdings

Chengeto Holdings is a diversified service company operating across six Strategic Business Units (SBUs): Pest Control & Fumigation, Liquid Waste Management, Bulk Water Management, Plant & Equipment Hire, Tree Care, and Renewable Energy. We are seeking a results-driven and strategically minded Group Marketing Manager to lead and unify the marketing function across all business units.


Position Overview

The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention, and revenue growth across all six SBUs. This role requires a hands-on professional who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Planning

  • Develop an integrated annual marketing plan aligned with the company’s overall business objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis for each SBU
  • Identify growth opportunities, target markets, and customer segments per business unit
  • Set measurable KPIs and marketing goals across all divisions

2. Brand Management

  • Maintain and strengthen the Chengeto Holdings corporate brand identity
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all SBUs and platforms
  • Develop individual SBU brand positioning while maintaining corporate cohesion

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence

  • Manage and grow the company’s website, SEO/SEM, and Google My Business profiles
  • Oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Run targeted digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Track and report on digital marketing performance metrics

4. Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads for each SBU
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing and sales alignment
  • Develop sales collateral, brochures, proposals, and pitch materials
  • Manage customer relationship marketing and retention campaigns

5. Content Creation & Communications

  • Oversee the creation of engaging content including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and video content
  • Manage public relations, press releases, and media engagements
  • Draft and distribute internal and external communications

6. Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively and transparently
  • Ensure maximum ROI on all marketing spend
  • Present regular budget performance reports to the CEO

7. Events, Partnerships & Community Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, corporate events, and sponsorships
  • Build strategic partnerships and networking opportunities for the company
  • Manage corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives

8. Reporting & Analytics

  • Provide the CEO with regular, data-driven marketing performance reports
  • Use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and customer insights
  • Make data-informed decisions to continuously improve marketing outcomes

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (required)
  • A postgraduate qualification or professional marketing certification (e.g., CIM, IMM) is an added advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a marketing management role
  • Experience managing marketing across multiple business units or product lines is strongly preferred
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments
  • Familiarity with service-based industries such as facilities management, construction, environmental services, or utilities will be an advantage

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking with a strong eye for design and brand consistency
  • Budget management and financial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
  • Leadership and team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
